With a background in Interior Design and a passion for bespoke wears and antiques that stems back to my childhood, you could say that I truly live and breathe what I do. After living and working in the UK for a number of years, I found myself inherently drawn to the timeless and classic approach of decorating and collecting. I began sourcing for myself from my London flat, visiting antique shops and fairs both in the UK and across Europe. Since moving back to Sydney, Australia, I decided to turn my passion for interiors and collecting into a business and after years of planning, Pembridge Lane was born. Introducing the latest addition to our collection - the Ruffle Lamp. Each shade is crafted from 100% European flax linen, available in White, Honey and Dusk Blue, and paired with a beautifully turned timber base.
After such a lovely response to our Scrunchie shades, I thought it was time to grow the collection with a range that felt unmistakably Pembridge Lane - timeless, a little playful, & designed to work just as beautifully in a classic home as it does in a more contemporary space.
The gathered linen creates a wonderfully whimsical, skirt-like silhouette, adding texture and interest by day, and casting a warm, ambient glow by night.
The turned timber base strikes the perfect balance between classic and contemporary, with restrained detailing and a beautifully simple raw timber finish.
The Ruffle shade comes complete with an Ivory Linen undershade.
Due to the natural character of timber, each base will have its own subtle variations in tone and grain, making every piece unique.

A very sweet antique late 19th, early 20th century Sussex side chair in the manner of Morris & Co. In lovely antique condition with a timeworn hue to the timber, the rush seat was completely replaced by hand in the UK. The perfect little statement chair for a bedroom or bathroom, they’re such a classic addition to any home.

A beautiful plaster wall plaque, cast from an older carved relief or architectural panel, with ornamentation likely inspired by Renaissance or Baroque design. Incredibly solid and well made, with wonderful depth and detail throughout.
A striking piece that would look beautiful hung on the wall and softly lit to highlight the intricate relief. Equally at home in a classic or contemporary interior, it would add a lovely sense of history and character to a space.
